Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2, 2025

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tabee, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and Account

3. The Service

Tabee provides authentication (Google/Apple), user profiles, messaging, notifications, and optional VIP subscriptions managed via in‑app purchases.

4. Acceptable Use

5. User Content

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

7. Safety and Enforcement

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Tabee disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tabee and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using the app at any time. Certain sections survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide a notice in the app or by another appropriate method. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Account Deletion & Re-registration Safeguard

1) Deleting your account. You may delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. When you do, we permanently remove your profile, content, connections, push tokens, analytics identifiers, and authentication links (e.g., Sign in with Apple/Google), and delete associated cloud files, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2) Limited safeguard to prevent abusive re-registration. To protect service integrity (e.g., spam/fraud prevention) and to enforce a temporary cool-down after deletion, we retain one minimal, pseudonymous value derived from Apple’s App Attest key identifier (a non-reversible, salted hash). This value is stored separately from account data and is used only to determine whether a new account can be created from the same app instance during the cool-down or during a safety ban.

3) Cool-down and safety bans.

4) Appeals. If you believe a cool-down or safety ban was applied in error, contact tabeeappinfo@gmail.com.
